Medicare Parts C & D will cover additional services. More than 14.5 million Americans or about 28% of Medicare enrollees are enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan. This plans allows seniors to receive both Medicare Parts A & B benefits through private insurer, which have contracts with Medicare programs. These plans will cover prescription-drug coverage, outpatient care, and hospitalization in one plan.
